Juror Details

  • Import jurors from state file
  • Update and maintain juror details (such as name, address, and other contact information).
  • Manage juror availability (including the ability to specify summer months for teachers, etc.)
  • Grant or deny juror excuses, and automatically generate mailings to the juror indicating the results of their request.

Jury Pools

  • Create Jury Pools of any size, which are randomly selected by the software
  • Create pools for both Civil and Criminal court
  • Define the court date, time of arrival, room to report to, approximate service length, and additional details for prospective jurors.
  • Generate juror notices for the entire panel with the click of a button. Notices can be sent indicating service for a particular court session, or to generally validate jurors for service.
  • Manage juror status during court session, including days present, mileage totals, etc.
  • Generate juror lists for the judge and for attorneys (without key address information)
  • Generate juror compensation letters (individual and total for the session)

Judge Panels

  • Manage jury room locations and names of available judges
  • From the current jury pool, select a judge panel of any size for a particular trial
  • The judge panel can be randomly selected by the software, or particular jurors can be assigned to the panel.
  • Jurors can be "rejected" from this panel and will return to the jury pool for selection onto a future panel.
  • Manage juror status during trial session, including days present, mileage totals, etc.
  • Create juror list report for attorneys to use during pre-trial conferences
  • Generate juror compensation letters

Reporting

  • Package is customized to insert county headers, logos, signatures, etc.
  • Juror notices are setup to work with a window envelope, and include a section to mail back to the jury administration office.
  • Generate a list of jurors for the sheriff's office to check for warrants (or, when integrated with our CountySuite: Sheriff product, this check can be done electronically)
  • Generate juror lists for the judge and for attorneys (without key address information)
